To kick off the 2025 Reunite! Alumni Reunion Weekend, Mohammed Saffouri (FAVS '20), a Capital Emmy-winning filmmaker based in Fairfax, Virginia, will join us for a screening of his film "Touchline," followed by a Q&A discussion. The film tells the story of Ahmad, a 17-year-old Palestinian boy who faces a war in his hometown that forces him to give up his dream of being a professional footballer.
